Can you use PERIMICE-209 alongside a USB mouse in Windows 10?

PERIMICE-209 is designed to be plug and play, using the default Windows setup. If you don't install any additional mouse drivers, both mice should work fine. Installing third-party mouse drivers could lead to compatibility problems. If you uninstall the mouse driver, restart your computer, everything should return to normal functionality.
