What this site is

help.perixx.com is an informational support site operated by Perixx Computer GmbH. It provides product documentation, FAQs, and a contact form. It does not sell products. Purchases happen on our regional shops.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, false, or abusive content. Do not spam the contact form, scrape the site with bots, upload malware, or try to disrupt the service. We may block access if you do.

No warranty

We work to keep articles accurate, but the help center is provided as is. Following a troubleshooting article is at your own risk. Statutory warranty rights for products you purchased from our shops are not affected.

Intellectual property

All content, logos, and product photos belong to Perixx Computer GmbH or 株式会社 Perixx Japan. Personal, non-commercial use is fine. Other use requires our written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
