Who we are

Perixx Computer GmbH, Heerdter Landstraße 189e, 40549 Düsseldorf, Germany, is the data controller for help.perixx.com. For privacy questions, email dataprotection@perixx.com.

What we collect and why

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email, country, order details, message, and any attachments you provide. We use this only to answer your support request. Our hosting also keeps short-term server logs (IP, browser, timestamp) for security.

Legal basis under GDPR: Article 6(1)(b) for handling your request, Article 6(1)(f) for security.

Who processes your data for us

• Supabase, Inc. — database (EU region)
• ActiveCampaign LLC (Postmark) — email delivery (US)
• Cloudflare, Inc. — bot protection on the contact form
• Hetzner Online GmbH — hosting (Germany)

We have a data processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) in place with each processor. For transfers to the US, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep it

Support emails and contact form submissions: kept while your case is open and for up to 24 months after, then deleted. Server logs: up to 30 days. Records required by German tax or commercial law are kept for the statutory period (6 or 10 years).

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (session and your cookie consent choice). If we add analytics in the future, they will load only after you consent through the banner.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, or to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email dataprotection@perixx.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California (CCPA) or Japan (APPI), the same rights apply — contact us and we will respond.
