How do I pair PERIMICE-802 with my device?

Switch the "ON/OFF" on the PERIMICE-802 downward until the bottom light turns red, indicating that the mouse is ON.

Press and hold the "Bluetooth Pairing" button on the PERIMICE-802 for 3 seconds.

Your device's Bluetooth will detect the PERIMICE-802 when the blue light on the PERIMICE-802 begins to flash.

Look for the Bluetooth device named "Perixx Bluetooth Mouse" in your device's list of available devices.

Select "Perixx Bluetooth Mouse" and establish a connection. You are now connected to PERIMICE-802.

Is the PERIMICE-802 compatible with Android phones?

Yes, the PERIMICE-802 is compatible with Android phones up to version 5.5. However, it may not work consistently with Android phones running newer versions.

What is the Bluetooth pairing code for PERIMICE-802?

Typically, the PERIMICE-802 does not require any pairing code to connect with a computer. However, in some cases (like with certain Mac systems), the system might still prompt for a Bluetooth pairing code. In such situations, you do not need to enter any code; just leave the code field blank and press the Enter key or click OK to complete the Bluetooth connection.

Is the PERIMICE-802 compatible with iPad?

The PERIMICE-802 is compatible with macOS, but its compatibility with an iPad may vary. To use it with an iPad, follow these steps:

Insert the battery for PERIMICE-802.

Turn on the switch of PERIMICE-802.

Long-press the button on the bottom of the PERIMICE-802 until the LED flashes.

On your iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth and search for "Perixx Bluetooth Mouse."

Please note that while it may work with some iPad models, it might not offer the same level of functionality or support all features as it does on macOS. Compatibility may also depend on the specific iPad model and its operating system version.

Is the PERIMICE-802 compatible with a portable adapter?

PERIMICE-802 mouse connects via Bluetooth and does not require a portable adapter. However, please ensure that your computer or device is equipped with Bluetooth capability to use PERIMICE-802.

The PERIMICE-802 asks for PIN code, but it is not showed.

Not every computer needs pin code to connect the Bluetooth product. If your device asks for the code, but it is not showed on the device, please test 0000, 1111 or 1234.

Can PERIMICE-802 (wireless) be used with a USB to PS2 converter to connect to the Nano USB receiver?

We recommend using PERIMICE-802 without any adapter, as we cannot guarantee compatibility with a PS2 port.

What shall I do if the PERIMICE-802 Mouse is scrolling involuntarily?

Test on Another Computer: Start by connecting the mouse to a different computer. If the issue recurs, the mouse may be defective. Select the option “Search automatically for driver” check driver to update or reinstall for your operating system. After your operating system confirms to reinstall the driver, your mouse is confirmed that its driver is ready to operate.

Windows Compatibility: The mouse is fully compatible with Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.

Mac Usage:

Although the mouse can function on Mac systems, compatibility may differ across various OS X updates. It's advisable to consult customer reviews for feedback on its performance with recent updates.

Linux and Other Systems: Compatibility requires that your system adheres to Human Interface Device (HID) standards. The mouse necessitates HID support to operate effectively across different operating systems.
