Reset the Connection

Plug the USB receiver into a USB port, ensuring that the batteries are correctly inserted and fully charged.

Press both the right and middle buttons together for 5 seconds.

During the reset process, you should see PERIMICE-619's light flashing.

If the issue persists, proceed with these steps:

Clean the PERIMICE-619 Dust and dirt can accumulate around the mouse wheel over time, causing scrolling issues. Use compressed air to clean these areas.
